    I totally agree. We have turned youth soccer into a business when really we should just be focusing on the development of the kids.

    I found this very interesting and completely agree. I have seen it with my own eyes when I was playing club soccer, seeing kids with extreme talent unable to continue playing because of this issue.

    I think it is very weird that privileged and money has a big role into something as small as soccer. I know in other sports such as cross country that money has a very minor roll into being good. You are either good or bad, no between. Although money has controlled a lot of sports because if you can’t afford some of the equipment, then you can’t play.
